How contracting works
Send your request
Tell us the unit type, number of units, start date and duration via the booking form or WhatsApp.
We send a written quote
A written monthly rate inclusive of tax, what it covers, and how long the quote is valid.
Sign the contract
An accommodation contract setting out duration, rate and terms, with our CR and VAT numbers.
Handover and invoicing
Units handed over on the agreed date, with tax invoices and statements issued periodically.
Key terms
What is the minimum contract length?
Monthly stays start from one renewable month; longer terms can be agreed at better rates.
Are rates tax-inclusive?
Yes. All quotes are inclusive of 15% VAT and the 2.5% accommodation facilities fee, shown itemised on the tax invoice.
What payment methods are available for companies?
Bank transfer (best suited to corporate contracts), Mada and bank cards, or cash.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable deposit of SAR 500 per unit is collected and returned at the end of the contract once the unit contents are verified.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, the stay includes an open buffet breakfast.
Can resident names change during the contract?
Yes, for corporate clients following work rotations, after notifying reception and registering the new guests as required.
